9.Expedition Stuffs Transportation: All equipment Transportation for all Members and Staffs from Islamabad to Skardu by bus / Jeep and to Basecamp by Porters. Return Basecamp to Arandu by porters & Skardu to Islamabad by bus/jeep.
10.Member Luggage: Up to 60 Kg per member for personal baggage during the trek carrying by porters.
11.Food and Lodging: 03 meals a day (BLD; including tea green or coffee) along with accessible accommodation at Hotel /Camp during the trek and at Basecamp. Well-managed base camp set up for members & Staffs’
12.All require equipment for Camping.
13.Porter: Porters per member up to Base camp from Spang-Tik Expedition & Porters while returning from Base camp to Arandu.
14.Base Camp Staff: Experienced and well-trained Base Camp Cook & other staff as required.
15.Staff Salary and allowance: All staff & porter’s daily wages, salary, foods equipment, & cloths.
16.Base Camp Tent: Member tents.
17.Base Camp Equipment: Foam mattresses and pillow Dinning Tent, Kitchen Tent, Toilet, Shower Tent, Staffs Tent, base camp staffs tent, Store tents, Tables & chairs & all necessary cooking utensils.
18.Heater: Heater for base camp in each Dining and other necessary camps.
Solar/Generator/Light: Solar panel or Generator for battery charge and light at base camp for use.
19.High Altitude Leaders: high altitude leaders as required.
20.High altitude Leaders Salary & Allowance: High altitude Leaders Salary, Equipment, Food, and Clothing.
21.Oxygen Bottle (O3): Summit Oxygen cylinder: 3oxygen bottles (3 liters.) for each member and 2-oxygen bottles for each high-altitude Leaders.
22.Oxygen Mask & Regulator: Set of Summit Oxygen mask & regulator for each member and high-altitude Leaders, which has to be returned after the expedition.
Back up Oxygen Cylinder, mask, and regulator (with appropriate charge).
23.High camp service: High Altitude Tent, Necessary cooking EPI gas, cooking pot, High food for a member, high altitude Leaders (C1) (C2) (C3) and (C4). Group climbing gears, fixed and dynamic rope during the climbing period as required.
24.Rope Fixing Team: The team of experienced high altitude Leaders will fix the route on Spang Tik Expedition.
25.Internet: Thuraya IP Internet access Wi-Fi to all climbers on our expedition at base camp. (Payable Basis).
26.Satellite Phone: For emergency communication carrying by high altitude Leaders, also available for members with appropriate charge. Walkie-Talkie: Walkie –Talkie for communicating from Base Camp to Mountain and Mountain to Base Camp.
27.Permit: Satellite Phone/walkie-talkie permit for all members and staff.
28.Weather Forecast: Weather forecast report during the entire expedition.
29.Comprehensive Medical kit for group and staff.
30.Certificate: Spang Tik Expedition climbing certificate issued by Pakistani Alpine Club (After climbing Mount Spang Tik Expedition successfully).
