• You must have prior experience of trekking at a height of at least 2000-2200 meters before embarking on this trek. •Get in the habit of walking for at least two hours a day before coming to this high mountain trek. • If you have heart, sugar or altitude sickness, then get advice from your doctor before join the group & keep proper medicine during the trek • Tell your insurance company that gives you the coordinates of the corresponding on-site or nearby • Not to load up on clothing, unless provision to provide on-site and buy your arrival a local suit, shirt and baggy pants to be quite at home anywhere, even during the trek. • You should have warm clothes, trekking shoes, sun glasses, sun block cream, rain paint coat, sleeping bag & tent sheet.
